Version 1 demonstrator

What it does

Service Operations organizes the service lifecycle: request, quote, approval, work order, technician assignment and evidence. Information follows the team through the handoff for billing. The first version lets people explore this workflow with a demonstration organization and dataset.

Where it can help

Follow a visit from the customer’s need through the technical report and preparation for billing.

Nothing works in isolation

Its place in
the ecosystem.

These relationships show how workstreams complement each other. Specific connections are validated before each implementation.

Stage and scope

What to
keep in mind.

The demonstrator uses synthetic data and does not write to production systems. Deployment for a business is a separately scoped project.

Documented, with context

This public page summarizes project documentation without exposing private code or customer data.

Editorial review: November 6, 2026. This page is not a real-time availability monitor. We can coordinate a demonstration according to the environment’s status and the requested scope.
